Zombie Carnival

What kind of game is Zombie Carnival?

Choose your stake and you enter a horror carnival with zombies on a 6x4 grid. The game uses 4096 ways, read from left to right, and it has eight regular symbols: four zombie characters and the cards A, K, Q and J. Three matching symbols is the fewest that pay. Mystery symbols turn into a random regular symbol at the end of every spin, so one spin can change the board.

Watch for Scatters on reels 2 to 5. Two or more of them start the Free Spins, which open with 6 spins. Each Scatter that lands in the round adds one spin, and the nearest Wild absorbs it and gains 1x. Wilds stay for the round, and a win with several Wilds multiplies their multipliers. The game also lists Multiplier and Progressive Multiplier.

Zombie Carnival in order

From the first spin to Free Spins

Betbolt Casino shows each step of a round before you put money on the reels.

  1. Set your bet before spinning

Set your bet from A$0.20 up to A$100 before each spin. The bet you choose sets every payout, so a larger bet pays more on each win.

  2. Zombie Carnival pays on 4096 ways

Wins form from left to right on the 6x4 grid, across 4096 ways. A symbol pays when at least three of them land on consecutive reels starting from the left.

  3. The moment the spin stops

In the base game, each Mystery Symbol turns into one random paying symbol at the end of every spin. Wild never appears in this mode.

  4. When two scatters land

Two or more Scatters on reels 2 to 5 start Free Spins with 6 spins. Trigger Scatters stay as fixed Wilds at 1x, and each new Scatter adds a spin.

  5. Zombie Carnival has no stop signal

Set a loss limit before the first spin, because no screen shows when to stop. At A$10 a spin, the limit sets how many rounds you can play.

Fixed wilds and their stacking gains

This block settles how the free spins start and grow, and what the base game does.

Zombie Carnival Scatters add spins

Land 2 or more Scatter symbols on reels 2-5 to start 6 free spins. Those trigger Scatters become fixed WILDs at 1x. Each Scatter landing during the round adds 1 spin, and the nearest WILD absorbs it and gains 1x. WILDs stay all round.

Zombie Carnival mystery symbols

Play the base game on a 6x4 grid that counts 4096 ways from left to right. Mystery symbols turn into the same random paying symbol at the end of every spin, chosen from the 8 regular symbols. WILD does not appear in the base game.

Before you buy, check the price: it is 80 times the bet, so at the A$10 example bet the cost sits in the table.

Demo guide

Before your first deposit, which mode suits?

Here is what the practice round gives you, and what it leaves out, before any money goes in.

The demo needs no money and pays nothing. The real game needs a Betbolt Casino account and you must be 18 or older.

Start playing

Can anyone tell when the bonus comes?

Choosing a bet before your first spin means accepting that nobody can say when the bonus round will come. Free Spins start when two or more Scatter symbols land on reels 2 to 5, and no one can predict that moment. The result of one session is random whatever the RTP, so a high RTP describes the long run, not the session in front of you.

Deciding whether to trust an RTP figure starts with the game rules. The RTP figures listed for Zombie Carnival describe the game itself, but only the game rules show which version Betbolt Casino runs. Open them before you stake real money, and find the version named there.

Chasing the top prize means understanding what the maximum win really is. It is a ceiling, and it is reached very rarely. Because it is stated as a multiple of your bet, a bigger stake raises the money involved. Size your bet to what you can afford to lose.

When the next spin feels like the one

You must be 18+ to play Zombie Carnival. Get help from the National Gambling Helpline on 1800 858 858, or self-exclude through BetStop.

Budget fixed before spin one

Fix the amount you can lose before the first spin, and stop once it is gone. Play only with money set aside for it.

Will you stop after a win?

Set your stop point before you start, and keep it after a win too. A win is no reason to keep going.

Zombie Carnival account limits

Use the deposit and loss limits in your account before you start a session, and review them when you change your stake.

Is the game still fun?

Take a break as soon as Zombie Carnival stops being fun, and self-exclude through BetStop if you find it hard to stop.

Four questions below

Read the four figures before you spin

Betbolt Casino puts the RTP, bet limits and win cap in plain sight before you spin.

What is the Zombie Carnival RTP?

Before you set a stake, check the RTP. Zombie Carnival has one version at 96.50%. Over a very large number of spins the game returns about A$96.50 for every A$100 staked, a long-run average rather than a result for one session.

How volatile is Zombie Carnival?

Decide how much swing you can take before you start. Zombie Carnival is a high volatility game, so big wins come less often and can sit far apart. How often the free spins start cannot be known before you play.

What bet sizes does Zombie Carnival allow?

Pick your stake before you spin, from A$0.20 up to A$100 per spin on Zombie Carnival. Smaller stakes make a set budget last longer, and the A$0.20, A$5 and A$10 examples on this page are illustrations, not limits.

What is the max win on Zombie Carnival?

Plan your session around the stake, not the cap. The maximum win is 5,000 times the bet: A$50,000 at the A$10 example bet and A$500,000 at the A$100 maximum bet. Whether a session gets anywhere near it cannot be known in advance.
